We are updating the Critical Ideas, Inc. (“Chipper Cash Account”) Terms of Use and the E-Sign Policy & Consent . These changes will go into effect on April 21st, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) and apply to all U.S. Chipper Cash Account customers.

What you'll see in the updated Terms of Use for Chipper Cash Accounts:

  • Clarity on Unauthorized Transactions: We’ve revised our unauthorized transactions disclosure to streamline the process for resolving problems you may experience with electronic funds transfers

  • Clarity on Error Resolution: We’ve revised our error resolution disclosure to streamline the process for resolving problems you may experience with electronic funds transfers.

  • Clarity on International Transfers: We’ve added language to distinguish our domestic transfers process from our international transfers process.

What you'll see in the updated Consent to Receive Electronic Disclosures (E-Sign Policy & Consent) for Chipper Cash accounts:

  • Update on E-Sign Consent: We are updating our E-Sign Policy & Consent to clarify that your use of any Chipper Cash branded accounts signifies consent to receive electronic disclosures under our E-Sign Policy.

When these changes go into effect

These changes will become effective April 21st, 2022. If you agree to these changes, you don’t have to do anything. If you don’t agree with these changes, you may close your account. If you close your account before the Effective Date these changes will not apply to you. Your continued use of the Chipper® products and services and any other Chipper® features, technologies, and/or functionalities offered by Critical Ideas Inc., its affiliates, or subsidiaries on our website or in the Chipper app will presuppose that you have read and understood the aforementioned Terms of Use and that you have accepted them accordingly.
