The Qatar World Cup Promo 2022 (the Promotion) is brought to you by Chipper Cash. The Promotion is in conjunction with Visa, whose role is to deliver the Grand Prize experience at the World Cup in Qatar.

The Promotion shall be held from 5th September 2022 to 31st October 2022 for the Grand Prize while the Promotion for Other Prizes will run till 18th December 2022.

Every Participant must spend a minimum of NGN 10,000 each month until the end of the World Cup.

Participants understand and agree that the Promotion will run for a limited time, and they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiration of the Promotion period(Sept 5 - Dec 18) and further agree not to raise any claim or complaint against Chipper Cash and Visa in this respect.

Participation in this Promotion is completely voluntary and the mode of lingual communication is English.

Entry and participation in this Promotion are open to individuals residing in Nigeria and Uganda who satisfy each of the following criteria:

Are of the age of eighteen (18) years or above.

Chipper Cash verified users with Chipper Cash Visa Card (every Participant must have submitted extra documentation during the verification process. Documents accepted are: Passport, NIN, and Driver’s licence).

Are residents of the countries of participation.

Are not Chipper Cash/Visa management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of Chipper Cash/Visa, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion.

Eligible persons participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to perform additional checks on all selected winners by its internal compliance team before prize presentation.

Exclusive trip to the World Cup for 3 (three) lucky winners who meet the core requirement for 2 months prior to the World Cup. The Grand Prize will include the following for each winner;

Anything not listed in the point above is deemed excluded and this includes but not limited to the following;

Chipper Cash will conduct weekly Promotions where 7 lucky winners are selected every week to win NGN 7,000 each week.

A user can only win once (i.e 140 unique winners during the promo period).

Users must have already spent N10,000 to qualify.

Participation is subject to all terms and conditions of the Grand Prize.

Exclusive invites to watch parties (names will be verified with physical ID at the door).

Chipper x Visa merchandise prizes.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to completely disqualify a Participant from the Promotion if any sign of potential or actual syndication arises. No query or complaint will be entertained in this regard.

No submission after 18th December 2022 will be considered for the Promotion.

Chipper Cash reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or any participant acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to select and remove winners if there is a suspicion of fraud or any attempt to commit fraud.

Transactions with the following non- qualifying merchants will not be valid;

A spend means a cleared and settled transaction (reversed transactions and chargebacks do not count as qualifying transactions)

The winners will be contacted through the Chipper app and via email to arrange for the prize collection. However, if a winner doesn’t reply to the messages within 3 days of approach, Chipper Cash reserves the right to change its decision and select the next winner.

Prizes are not transferable on any occasion.

All information submitted in connection with the Promotion shall remain the sole property of Chipper Cash.

Chipper Cash will have the right to use the information or other relevant personal data for this Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, the Participant agrees to give Chipper Cash permission/consent/authorisation to use their data for re-marketing purposes.

The Participant agrees to be bound by the terms, including giving consent/authorisation, in particular, those relating to the collection, retention and use, and sharing of personal data.

By participating in this Promotion, the Participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion and duly authorised/permits Chipper Cash to use their names, pictures, personal details, etc. provided by them through call, social media or any other means to cover the Promotion and declare winners through various media including different internet/digital platforms, newspapers, radio, television, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.

The Participant confirms that he/she is not breaching any law or violating any third-party rights by participating in this Promotion.

An incomplete/invalid transaction by a Participant is liable to be rejected. Chipper Cash reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by Chipper Cash for rejecting any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter or cancel this Promotion in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Chipper Cash in this regard and in general concerning this Promotion and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final and binding.

If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Promotion and/or the terms and conditions of the Promotion, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is not to participate in the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to release and hold Chipper Cash harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion.

Participation in this Promotion would mean you have read all the terms and conditions and upon understanding and agreeing over those, hereby express your consent to participate in the Promotion.
