[Zambia] Cash out at a partner ATM

Need to withdraw cash from your Chipper wallet? Follow these simple steps to generate a voucher (Z Code) that you can use to access your funds at any partner ATM.

Step 1: Click on the balance to reveal the main menu.

Step 2: Select “Cash Out” from the main menu.

Step 3: You’ll see different cash-out options—select ATM.

Step 4: Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw and click “Next” to proceed.

Step 5: Check the details of your transaction and “Confirm” to generate a Z Code.

Step 6: A 9 digit Z Code will be displayed on your screen.

This code is valid for 5 minutes, so use it before it expires.

Step 7: Use the code at any of our partner ATMs to get cash
