Winners will be selected on a “first come, first served basis” (May 13th, 2025 - June 12th, 2025).

To qualify, users have to spend/send/convert a minimum of $200, $500 or $1,000 within the campaign period in one or more of the following products:

Any participant who claimed a Chipper Virtual Card before secondary verification began (June 14th, 2022) would need to provide extra documentation to claim any prize (if they win).

Participants who have registered for the campaign and spend a minimum of $200, $500 or $1,000 during the campaign period on the specified Chipper products will qualify for the Grand Prize (first come first serve basis)

To qualify, the Participant will need to spend at least $200, $500 or $1,000 in one or more of the following products depending on the message received.

30 users will be selected weekly who fulfill the campaign steps and will be rewarded with 25% cash back in gift vouchers from ASOS, Amazon, Uber, Bloomingdales etc

25% for $200 spend will be capped at $50, 25% for $500 will be capped at $150, 25% for up to $1000 capped at $250 while 25% for over $1000 spend capped at $500 in gift vouchers

Participants understand and agree that the Promotion will run for a limited time, and they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiration of the Promotion period (13th May 2025 - 12th June 2025) and further agree not to raise any claim or complaint against Chipper Cash in this respect.

Participation in this Promotion is completely voluntary and the mode of lingual communication is English.

Participation in this Promotion would mean you have read all the terms and conditions and upon understanding and agreeing over those, hereby express your consent to participate in the Promotion.

Entry and participation in this Promotion are open to individuals residing in Nigeria who satisfy each of the following criteria:

Chipper Cash verified users with Chipper Cash Visa Card (every Participant must have submitted extra documentation during the verification process. Documents accepted are: Passport, NIN, and Driver’s licence).

Are residents of the countries of participation.

Are not Chipper Cash/Visa management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of Chipper Cash/Visa, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion.

Eligible persons participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to perform additional checks on all selected winners by its internal compliance team before prize presentation.

Winners are selected through a scientific process on a “first come first serve” basis with no element of chance or random sampling selection. The winners are selected based on the data on our platform on winners who qualify first.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to completely disqualify a Participant from the Promotion if any sign of potential or actual syndication arises. No query or complaint will be entertained in this regard.

No submission after 13th June 2025 will be considered for the Promotion.

Chipper Cash reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or any participant acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to select and remove winners if there is a suspicion of fraud or any attempt to commit fraud.

Transactions with the following non- qualifying merchants will not be valid;

A spend means a cleared and settled transaction (reversed transactions and chargebacks do not count as qualifying transactions)

The winners will be contacted through the Chipper app and/or via email to arrange for the prize collection. However, if a winner doesn’t reply to the messages within 3 days of approach, Chipper Cash reserves the right to change its decision and select the next winner.

Prizes are not transferable or interchangeable on any occasion.

All information submitted in connection with the Promotion shall remain the sole property of Chipper Cash.

Chipper Cash will have the right to use the information or other relevant personal data for this Promotion.
