If you need a statement for your Chipper virtual card transactions, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Chipper App
Launch the Chipper Cash app on your mobile device.
Ensure you are logged into your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Virtual Card Section
Tap on the "Cards" tab from the home screen.
Select the virtual card (USD, NGN, UGX, or GHS) for which you need a statement.
Step 3: View Statements
Tap on the ββStatementsββ button that is underneath the card.
Select the required year and month.
The statement will be generated immediately.
Step 4: Download or Request a Statement
If an export or download statement option is available, select it to generate a PDF.
If no direct download option is available, you can contact Chipper Support to request your statement.
Step 5: Use Your Statement as Needed
Your card statement can be used for record-keeping, payment verification, or dispute resolution.
If required for verification purposes, ensure it contains your name, transaction history, and card details.
