Step 1: Dial *247#.

Step 2: Enter your 5-digit Mobile Banking PIN.

Step 3: Select Option 2 – Send Money.

Step 4: Choose Option 2 – Payments.

Step 5: Select Option 4 – Zoona.

Step 6: Choose the account to pay from.

Step 7: Enter your Chipper Virtual Account Number.

Step 8: Enter 1 to confirm the details of the transaction and proceed.

Step 9: Enter the amount you want to transfer

Step 10: Enter 1 to confirm the details of the transaction.

Transaction successful. You receive a confirmation SMS from your bank and your Chipper wallet balance will be credited.
