The recipient has not gotten my BTC/ETH/USDC transaction. Why the delay?

When you send out BTC/ETH/USDC, our provider broadcasts the transaction to the rest of the network so it can be confirmed. Sometimes, provider nodes may lose sync with the rest of the network for short periods of time. This can cause transactions to remain in the "Pending" state for longer than normal.

Nevertheless, we always work to make sure transactions are processed as fast as possible.
