The Chipper “Convert" feature enables you to convert your local currency to U.S. dollars (USD). The converted funds can then be cashed out to a Naira (NGN) bank account.
To do this, please log into your account and follow the steps below;
Tap "Convert" on your Home tab
Enter the preferred amount
NB: The conversion rate is subject to change without prior notice.
Tap Next to view the amount and exchange rate.
Tap Confirm to complete the process.
Your transaction should be completed instantly!
Converting from USD back to your Local Currency
Tap the Country Flag icon on your Home page
Select USD
Tap "Convert"
Enter the preferred amount and tap Next to view the amount and exchange rate.
Tap Confirm to complete the process.
