Total cashback amount is capped at N10,000, i.e. the maximum cashback you can earn is N10,000
This promo will run from November 23, 2023 to December 1st, 2023.
The 10% cashback will be paid into the participant(s)'s Chipper NGN Wallet by December 5, 2023.
Participant(s) must fill out the following on the Topship website while requesting shipping:
The registered email address attached to your Chipper Cash account
Your Chipper Tag (can be found on your Profile page--underneath your user name; it begins with "@")
Participant(s) must have made a deposit into their Chipper Wallet
Any participant who claimed a Chipper Virtual Card before secondary verification began (June 14th, 2022), would need to provide extra documentation to claim any prize.

Terms & Conditions
The Chipper x Topship Promo (the Promotion) is brought to you courtesy of Topship. The Promotion is in conjunction with Topship, whose role is to reward winners with a 10% cashback (capped at N10,000) on total Shop & Ship orders (Received as Cashback into your Chipper Wallet)
The Promotion shall be held from November 23, 2023 to December 1, 2023.
Every Participant must shop and pay with their USD Chipper Card and ship items to Nigeria with Topship to qualify for a 10% cash back on total Shop & Ship orders.
All shipping, complaints, or support issues regarding orders will be handled by Topship
Participants understand and agree that the Promotion will run for a limited time, and they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiration of the Promotion period (Nov 23, 2023 - December 1, 2023) and further agree not to raise any claim or complaint against Chipper Cash and Topship in this respect.
Participation in this Promotion is completely voluntary and the mode of lingual communication is English.
Eligibility Criteria
Entry and participation in this Promotion are open to individuals residing in Nigeria who satisfy each of the following criteria:
Are of the age of eighteen (18) years or above.
Chipper Cash verified users with USD Chipper Card (every Participant must have submitted extra documentation during the verification process. Documents accepted are: Passport, NIN, and Driver’s licence).
Are residents of the countries of participation.
Are not Chipper Cash/Topship management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of Chipper Cash/Topship, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion.
Eligible persons participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
Chipper Cash reserves the right to perform additional checks on all selected winners by its internal compliance team before prize presentation.
Selection Process
Chipper Cash reserves the right to completely disqualify a Participant from the Promotion if any sign of potential or actual syndication arises. No query or complaint will be entertained in this regard.
No submission after 1st December 2023 will be considered for the Promotion.
Chipper Cash reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or any participant acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Chipper Cash reserves the right to select and remove winners if there is a suspicion of fraud or any attempt to commit fraud.

Topship Shop & Ship terms and considerations
Topship Shop & Ship service provides online shoppers with delivery addresses in the UK, USA, and Canada to allow them to shop globally and deliver items to their homes in Nigeria. Below are a few considerations for Chipper Cash users to keep in mind when using Shop & Ship:
Prohibited items
Perfumes, combustible cans, perishable items, toxic materials, money (hard currency), ammunition, fireworks
Perfumes have a one-item per-shipment batch policy. This means only one perfume bottle can be sent out per shipment batch. Shipping more than one perfume bottle means the extra bottles will be sent out with future shipment batches.
Shipping Considerations
Customers are required to add an identifier tag to the receiver’s name. Please go to the Shop & Ship service on Topship to see the right tag for your package.
Packages are shipped out every Friday; please ensure packages are delivered before Friday. Otherwise, your package will be shipped out the following Friday.
Delivery to Lagos, Nigeria, takes 7-14 working days (2-3 weeks).
Delivery to cities outside of Lagos comes at an additional cost and depends on the package weight. The Topship team will reach out to you to communicate this.
All packages are reweighed at our partner hubs. This means the package weight you enter when booking your Shop & Ship order is not final. If there is a weight discrepancy between the weight entered in the booking form and the actual weight of the package, you will be reimbursed or charged the additional cost.
Holiday Service Hours
Endeavor to have your items delivered to the listed addresses before Friday, December 1, 2023. Packages delivered after December 1 may not arrive in Nigeria until after the holidays (i.e. first to second week of January 2024).
The Shop & Ship service on Topship will be disabled on Saturday, December 2, 2023 (12:00 AM WAT). This means individuals will not be able to access the service or make a new booking until after the holiday season. Bookings made before the date will be processed in accordance with our holiday service hours.
Other Terms
By participating in this Promotion, the Participant agrees to give Chipper Cash permission/consent/authorisation to use their data for re-marketing purposes.
The Participant agrees to be bound by the terms, including giving consent/authorisation, in particular, those relating to the collection, retention and use, and sharing of personal data.
By participating in this Promotion, the Participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion and duly authorises/permits Chipper Cash to use their names, pictures, personal details, etc. provided by them through call, social media or any other means to cover the Promotion and declare winners through various media including different internet/digital platforms, newspapers, radio, television, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The Participant confirms that he/she is not breaching any law or violating any third-party rights by participating in this Promotion.
An incomplete/invalid transaction by a Participant is liable to be rejected. Chipper Cash reserves the right to reject any entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by Chipper Cash for rejecting any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Chipper Cash reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter, or cancel this Promotion in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind, and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Chipper Cash in this regard and in general concerning this Promotion and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final and binding.
If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Promotion and/or the terms and conditions of the Promotion, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is not to participate in the Promotion.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to release and hold Chipper Cash harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion.
Participation in this Promotion would mean you have read all the terms and conditions and upon understanding and agreeing to those, hereby express your consent to participate in the Promotion.
Intellectual Property Rights
All information submitted in connection with the Promotion shall remain the sole property of Chipper Cash.
Chipper Cash will have the right to use the information or other relevant personal data for this Promotion.
