Step 1: Select the “Transfer” option on the bottom menu of the home screen.
Step 2: Select “Send Internationally”
Step 3: Enter the country you want to send the money to
Step 4: Select “Cash Pick-Up”
Step 5: Select Western Union as the "Operator" and enter the recipient’s details exactly as it appears on their ID.
Step 6: Select the relationship to person you are sending money to, their address, the source of the money you are sending and select "Next" to proceed.
Step 7: Enter the Amount You Want to Send. The app will display the fees and the amount the recipient will receive.
Step 8: Select the reason for sending the payment and select "Next" to proceed.
Step 9: Confirm the details of the transaction and agree to the "Terms and Conditions. "
Step 10: Share the MTCN with the Recipient
Once the transfer is successful, an MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) will be generated. Share this with the recipient so they can collect the cash from any Western Union location.
