[Zambia] Western Union- Send to Mobile Wallet

Step 1: Select the “Transfer” option on the bottom menu of the Chipper home screen.

Step 2: Tap “Send Internationally”

Step 3: Enter or search for the country where you’re sending money (e.g Ghana).

Step 4: Select “Mobile Wallet” to send money directly to the recipient’s mobile money account.

Step 5: Select the mobile money operator, enter the recipient's mobile wallet details, choose Western Union as the service provider, and provide the recipient's address, your relationship to the recipient, and the source of your funds. Then, click Next to proceed.

Step 7: Enter the Amount You Want to Send
Type in how much you want to send. The app will show the equivalent the recipient will receive and any applicable fees.

Step 8: Select the reason for making the payment

Step 9: Get Transfer Confirmation
Once the transaction is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation, and the recipient will get the funds in their mobile wallet.
