Linking a mobile money/bank account to your Chipper account means you can cash out to and add cash from that account with ease. The process of linking your mobile money number is not to be confused with logging into your Chipper account with your phone number.
Here is how customers in Uganda, Nigeria, and Ghana can link their bank account or mobile money number:
Go to your Profile page at the top-right corner of your Home tab
Tap on "Payment Methods" within the Profile menu
Tap "Add Payment Method"
Select your mobile money operator or bank name (available to users in Nigeria or South Africa)
Enter the account number/mobile money number.
Account linking should be completed
NB: If you try to add cash to your Chipper account from a mobile money number, you will be required to confirm ownership of that mobile money number.
