It's very rare for payments from one Chipper Cash account to another to not be completed. This is because in-app payments are completed seamlessly and instantly.  

However in the case that there is an issue with your transaction with another Chipper user, please reach out to us via [email protected] with your Chipper account name and @chippertag. Please include relevant details of the other Chipper user i.e. who you tried to pay or who tried to pay you.
