Card Withdrawal Fee (Funds received via Visa Direct) ➡ 10% of the transaction value
Please follow the steps below to learn how to withdraw funds from your Chipper UGX Card to your Chipper wallet:
Go to your Card tab and tap "Withdraw"
Enter your preferred amount and tap "Withdraw".
Your Chipper UGX Card balance will be debited and your Chipper Wallet balance will be credited instantly. Your withdrawal transaction will also appear on your Home tab

Is there a fee for withdrawing or adding funds to the Chipper UGX Card?
A 5% withdrawal fee will be charged in instances where a customer withdraws funds that they received via an external source (e.g. Visa Direct) into their Chipper card.
