We are happy to share step-by-step instructions on how to cash out from your Chipper USD balance directly to your eNaira Account/Wallet!🙂
For a more seamless experience, please ensure your Chipper Cash app is updated to the latest version on your App Store or Play Store. Then log into your Chipper account and follow the steps below:
Log into your Chipper app and tap on the flag at the top of the screen to switch to your available USD balance.
Select your USD balance (You will be redirected to the homepage for your USD balance)
Tap on the Cash Out button below your Wallet Balance
Select eNaira
Enter the amount you would like to cash out and select/add a new eNaira username. Please note that the eNaira username is case-sensitive and must be inputted as seen on the eNaira platform.
N/B: At this stage, you will also be able to see the exchange rates applicable when you withdraw funds from your USD balance to your eNaira wallet.
Re-confirm the details and tap Confirm to complete the transaction
Your cash out should be completed to your eNaira account shortly after that, and your USD balance debited.
