The Chipper Cash Next Creator Competition (“Contest”) starts on July 5th, 2024. This Contest ends on August 5th, 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.

Critical Ideas, Inc. (“Chipper Cash” or “Chipper”) located at 180 Montgomery Street, Suite 1860, San Francisco, California 94104, United States of America, is the “Sponsor” of this Contest.

The Chipper Cash Next Creator Competition is open only to legal residents of Nigeria andUganda, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their country of residence as at the date of entry and who have a Chipper Cash account (“Entrants”). Contest entrants are subject to the relevant Chipper Cash Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for their country of residency.

Where there are legal prohibitions preventing any contestants from participating in this type of competition in their country of residence, participation by any such individual shall be void.

Entrants may not submit an entry on behalf of someone else. By submitting an entry, an entrant represents and warrants that he/she meets all eligibility criteria for participation in the Contest.

By submitting an entry in this contest, the entrant grants Chipper Cash and all its affiliated entities an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to publish, post, display, copy, distribute, transmit, edit, use alone, together or with other works, and otherwise exploit the entry, entrant’s name, voice, persona, likeness, image, prize information, any quotes attributable to an entrant, biographical data and any other indicia of persona in any manner whatsoever throughout the world, including on the internet, and at any time or times, in connection with the contest in any forms of media, now known or hereafter discovered, without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law, and entrant releases ChipperCash and all its affiliated entities from any and all liability related thereto.

ENTRANT FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IF THE ENTRANT IS CHOSEN AS A WINNER, THE ENTRANT'S IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ENTRANT'S NAME, MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BEING PLACED ON A WINNERS’ LIST.

There will be one grand prize winner who will receive a 3-month content creator contract worth 2 Million Naira {converted to your local currency}. The winning creator will have their work showcased to a massive audience and will have the opportunity to make a real impact by engaging others with their content.

The winner will be selected based on the number of views and engagement their video receives, as well as the creativity and authenticity of their content. All entries will be judged, and the winner will be selected by ChipperCash at its sole discretion based on the merits of their submissions.

The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram, a follow-up email, and announced on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) by August 12th, 2024.

Chipper Cash reserves the right to disqualify any entrants whose submission is inappropriate {Inappropriate content includes hate speech, vulgar language, profanities, and any sexual innuendos} or violates copyright or intellectual property laws. You must not, in the participation of this Contest, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

The decision of the Chipper Cash team in selecting the winning design or artwork is final and cannot be appealed.

Chipper Cash is not responsible or liable for any of the following: (a) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries, e-mail, mail, contest-related correspondence or postage-due mail or any technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the contest, the mailing or transmission of notification or correspondence, the processing of entries, the announcement of any prize or in any contest related materials; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention; (d) human error; (e) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; (f) viruses or mechanical malfunctions; (g) errors, typos, or misprints in these official rules, in any contest related advertisements or other materials; or (h) lost or unavailable network connections. ChipperCash is not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of filtering or insufficient space in the entrant’s email account. ChipperCash is not responsible and may disqualify the entrant if his or her email address, or other contact information does not work or if it is changed without the entrant giving prior written notice.
