Adding a phone number to your account

To add another phone number to your profile, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Profile, then select Personal

  2. Click on Add Phone

  3. Enter your Chipper PIN to authorise the action
    ​

  4. On the next screen, enter the phone number you would like to add. Then select your preferred code verification method
    ​

  5. An OTP (6-digit code) will be sent to you. On the next screen, you will then be prompted to input this code.

Your phone number should now be successfully added to your profile! πŸ˜€


Adding an email to your account

To add an email to your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Profile, then select Personal

  2. Click on Add Email

  3. Enter your Chipper PIN to authorise the action

  4. On the next screen, enter the email address you would like to add. Then tap Next

  5. An OTP (6-digit code) will be sent to you. On the next screen, you will then be prompted to input this code.

Your email should now be successfully added to your profile! πŸ˜€

πŸ’‘ Adding an email to your profile will allow for an alternative channel to receive the OTP/Verification Code in case you do not receive this via SMS.
