NG USD Virtual Card Referral Program – How It Works
The NG USD Virtual Card Referral Program allows Nigerian users to earn rewards when they invite family & friends to create a Chipper USD Virtual Card. The referrer will earn a bonus when all eligibility requirements are met.
🎁 What You’ll Earn
When a referred (invited) user creates a USD Virtual Card using a referrer's invite code, the referrer will earn the equivalent of $5 in Naira (i.e., rewards are paid in Naira).
📝 Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the referral bonus, all the conditions below must be met:
✔️ 1. The referrer must be KYC-verified
Your identity must be verified in the Chipper app.
✔️ 2. The invited user must claim a new NG USD Virtual Card
Only new USD card creations count — replacing an old card does not qualify.
📌 Important Notes
A user can only be referred once.
You (referrer) can refer as many new users as you want.
Bonuses are not automatic — they are reviewed and paid manually by Chipper.
Chipper reserves the right to approve or decline referrals after review.
👣 How to Use Your Referral Code
For the Referrer
Go to your Earn tab by clicking on the gift icon at the top-right corner of your homepage.
Tap Invite to get your unique 5-character invite code.
Share the code with the person you’re inviting.
For the Invited User
Go to your Earn tab by clicking on the gift icon at the top-right corner of your homepage.
Enter the referral code under “Enter Referral Code”.
Claim your USD Virtual Card.
Once the invited user successfully claims an NG USD Virtual Card, the referrer will receive the equivalent of $5 in Naira.
💳 Where to Enter a Referral Code
Go to your Earn tab by clicking on the gift icon at the top-right corner of your homepage.
Tap the Enter Referral Code button to input the correct Invite Code.
💸 When Do I (Referrer) Get My Bonus?
Once all eligibility criteria are met and verified manually by our team, the equivalent of $5 will be credited to your Naira (NGN) wallet.
