How to Participate and Stand a Chance to Win

Participant(s) must be a verified Chipper Cash user.
Grand Prize Winners are selected on a “first-come, first-served basis” weekly, and participant(s) must spend using the USD Chipper Card to stand a chance to win an Apple iPhone 17 Air. One winner will be selected weekly.
To qualify, users must spend on their USD Chipper card through multiple transactions. No minimum spend, the more transactions, the more your chances of winning.
Winners will be selected on a “first-come, first-served basis".
Any participant who claimed a Chipper Virtual Card before secondary verification began (June 14th, 2022) would need to provide extra documentation to claim any prize (if they win).

Terms & Conditions
To qualify, the Participant will have to spend on their USD Chipper card doing multiple transactions. No minimum spend, the more transactions, the more your chances of winning.
Participants understand and agree that the Promotion will run for a limited time, and they will not be permitted to participate in the Promotion after the expiration of the Promotion period and further agree not to raise any claim or complaint against Chipper Cash in this respect.
Winner must be willing to come into the Chipper Office for a photo and video session
Participation in this Promotion is completely voluntary, and the mode of lingual communication is English.
Participation in this Promotion would mean you have read all the terms and conditions and, upon understanding and agreeing over those, hereby express your consent to participate in the Promotion.
Eligibility Criteria
Entry and participation in this Promotion are open to individuals residing in Nigeria who satisfy each of the following criteria:
Are of the age of eighteen (18) years or above.
Chipper Cash verified users with a USD Card (every Participant must have submitted extra documentation during the verification process. Documents accepted are: Passport, NIN, and Driver’s licence).
Are residents of the country of participation.
Are not Chipper Cash/Visa management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of Chipper Cash, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion.
Eligible persons participating or seeking to participate in the Promotion shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
Chipper Cash reserves the right to perform additional checks on all selected winners by its internal compliance team before prize presentation.

Winner Selection
Winners are selected through a scientific process on a “first-come, first-served basis" with no element of chance or random sampling selection. The winners are selected based on the data on our platform on winners who qualify first.
Chipper Cash reserves the right to completely disqualify a Participant from the Promotion if any sign of potential or actual syndication arises. No query or complaint will be entertained in this regard.
Chipper Cash reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or any participant acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Chipper Cash reserves the right to select and remove winners if there is a suspicion of fraud or any attempt to commit fraud.

A spend means a cleared and settled transaction (reversed transactions and chargebacks do not count as qualifying transactions)
The winners will be contacted through the Chipper app and/or via email to arrange for the prize collection. However, if a winner doesn’t reply to the messages within 3 days of approach, Chipper Cash reserves the right to change its decision and select the next winner.
Prizes are not transferable or interchangeable on any occasion.
Intellectual Property Rights
All information submitted in connection with the Promotion shall remain the sole property of Chipper Cash.
Chipper Cash will have the right to use the photos, videos or other relevant personal data for this Promotion.
