Why can't I top up or add funds to my Chipper Card?

If you try to add funds to your Chipper card and it fails or you get an error message, please be assured that we are already aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Kindly allow 24 hours and try adding funds again. We'll also be sure to notify you on the app once the funding service is back up and running.

If the issue persists after 48 hours, please let us know so we can take a further look into the issue for you.
