We have put together a step-by-step guide on how a Chipper customer in the USA, Rwanda, or Uganda can send money directly to an eNaira wallet in Nigeria.
For a smoother experience, please ensure your Chipper Cash app is updated to the latest version on your App Store or Play Store. Then log into your Chipper account and follow the steps below:
Tap on the Send button at the bottom-right corner of the Home page
Select the Send Internationally option
Select the Country (Nigeria)
Select eNaira
Enter the recipient’s eNaira username. (Please note that the eNaira username is case-sensitive and must be inputted exactly as shown on the eNaira platform)
Confirm the transaction details and tap Confirm to complete the transaction
Your transaction should be completed successfully!
