STEP 1 β¨ (On the Chipper App)
How to View Active and Blocked Card Subscriptions
If you wish to view your active and blocked card subscriptions, follow these steps:
Select Card at the bottom of the screen.
Select More.
Select Card Subscriptions.
Choose Active to view active subscriptions and choose Blocked to view blocked subscriptions.
How to Block a Card Subscription Payment
If you wish to prevent a recurring payment from being processed, follow these steps:
Select Card at the bottom of the screen.
Select More.
Select Card Subscriptions.
Choose the Active subscription you wish to block.
Select Block Payment.
Select Block.
The stop order will be successfully completed.

Blocking a subscription does not guarantee that a merchant will not attempt to charge your card. If any transactions are declined (due to insufficient funds) after you have blocked a subscription, you may be charged a decline fee, and your card could be deactivated. Certain card subscriptions may require you to block them directly from the merchantβs platform.
How to Unblock a Card Subscription Payment
If you wish to resume a previously blocked subscription payment, follow these steps:
Select Card at the bottom of the screen.
Select More.
Select Card Subscriptions.
Choose the blocked subscription you wish to re-enable.
Select Unblock Payment.
Select Unblock.
The order will be successfully reactivated.
