If your Chipper virtual card has been deactivated or expired, you cannot reactivate it, but you can request a new card by following these steps:
How to Get a New Chipper Virtual Card
Log in to your Chipper app
Go to the Cards section
Select Claim Card
Follow the prompts to generate a new card
Important Notes:
If your previous card had a balance, the funds should be automatically credited to your Chipper wallet. If this does not happen, please contact Chipper Support.
You will be required to pay a card issuance fee for a new card.
Your new card will have different card details (card number, CVV, and expiry date).
If you need help recovering funds from an expired or deactivated card, reach out to Chipper Support via the app. π
