Step 1: Add Your Chipper USD Card to Apple

  1. Open your iPhone or iPad Settings app.

  2. Tap Apple ID (your name at the top).

  3. Select Payment & Shipping β†’ Tap Add Payment Method.

  4. Choose Credit/Debit Card and enter your Chipper USD Card details:

    • Card number

    • Expiry date

    • CVV (3-digit security code)

    • Billing address (Ensure it matches your Chipper card details)

  5. Tap Done to save the card.


Step 2: Set the Chipper USD Card as Your Default Payment Method

  1. Go back to Payment & Shipping settings.

  2. Select your Chipper USD Card and tap Set as Default.


Step 3: Make a Purchase on Apple (App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, etc.)

  1. Open the App Store, iTunes, or Apple Music.

  2. Choose the item or subscription you want to purchase.

  3. Select Buy and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or Password.

  4. If prompted, verify the payment with an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered phone number


Step 4: Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • Payment Declined?

    • Ensure you have sufficient balance in your Chipper USD Card.

    • Confirm the billing address on your APPLE account matches your Chipper USD card billing details.

    • Try removing and re-adding the card.

  • Apple Asking for Local Currency?

    • Your Apple ID region must match the country where the Chipper USD Card is issued.

    • If needed, update your Apple ID region in Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country/Region.
