The simple steps below will teach you how to automatically reset your Chipper PIN as a verified or unverified user.
For a more seamless experience please ensure;
Your device is running on the latest version of the Chipper Cash app
You add a valid email to your profile by clicking on Profile > Personal > Add email
💡 Adding an email to your profile will allow for an alternative channel to receive the OTP.
You can now follow the steps below to reset your PIN 🙂
Verified Users
Tap Forgot PIN?
Select the Forgot PIN option
Enter the ID/Document number(verified on your Chipper account) and your Date of Birth. Then tap Next.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to the phone number or email address displayed on your screen
Enter your brand new PIN
Confirm your brand new PIN
PIN reset successfully
