Is there a fee charged for transacting using the Network API?
We currently charge a 1% fee on every payment collected or disbursed. This may be subject to review on a case-by-case basis for Merchants.
Can I request a refund on a successful transaction?
Please keep in mind that refunds are based on the merchant’s discretion for both one-time & recurring transactions.
Merchants will always specify their respective refund policies. We recommend that users contact the merchants directly first before reaching out to Chipper Cash.
What are the next steps if I am debited for a failed purchase?
In the event that you are debited for a failed purchase, we are able to assist with either a refund or completing the purchase;
The Chipper team will escalate to the merchant for resolution. Such requests will however be treated based on the merchant's discretion.
Completing the purchase
We will escalate this request to the merchant to fulfil the purchase. This is usually done within 24-48 hrs.
