Can I Update my Chipper Card Billing Address Myself?
At the moment, you will be unable to change the billing address of your Chipper Card yourself. However, if you reach out to our customer support team, we can have the address updated for you from our end.
How do I Request a Billing Address Update?
To request an update to your Chipper Card billing address, you will need to contact Chipper Cash support by either live chat or email. Before we can make any changes, we will need to verify your identity. Therefore, it is important that you provide the following information when requesting the update:
The last four digits of your card
The name on the card
The last transaction on the card (date & transaction type)
The last transaction on your Chipper wallet
The current phone number on the card
The phone number/email on your Chipper wallet
A short video of you saying only the last 4 digits of the ID Number/BVN used to verify your account
Once we have verified your identity, we will be able to update your billing address in the system on your behalf.
