What is a Chipper account number (NUBAN)?

I have not received my Chipper account number

To submit your request, tap on the incomplete account number on your profile page. Processing typically takes 24 business hours. If you do not receive the complete account number after 24 business hours, please let us know.

Where can I see my Chipper account number?

Your account number can be found on your Profile, directly below your name.


Mobile Money

I want to verify a new mobile money payment method/add cash number

You may only add cash using a new payment method after you un-verify all the existing payment methods. You can remove it yourself. If you have any challenges with this, please reach out to us for assistance
