Chipper Account Number

What is a Chipper account number (NUBAN)?

I have not received my Chipper account number

To submit your request, tap on the incomplete account number on your profile page. Processing typically takes 24-48 hours. If you do not receive the complete account number after 48 hours, please let us know.

Please note that the Chipper account number is only available to Nigerian users.

Where can I see my Chipper account number?

Your account number can be found on your Profile, directly below your name.


Mobile Money

I want to verify a new mobile money payment method/add cash number

You may only add cash using a new payment method after you un-verify all the existing payment methods. You can remove it yourself. If you have any challenges with this, please reach out to us for assistance

I am getting an error while trying to add cash through a new mobile money payment method/add cash number

Bank Card

Can I use a bank card that belongs to my friend?

No, please. You can only add cash with your own bank card.

I am getting an error while trying to add cash with my bank card. What do I do?
