Adding a payment method and adding cash via Mobile Money
To add cash to your Chipper wallet via Mobile Money, please follow these steps:
Tap on your Chipper Wallet Balance and select Add Cash
Enter the desired amount
Tap Add a new payment method
Select Mobile Money
Select the Network Provider
Enter your Phone Number and tap Continue
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code to successfully complete the addition of the payment method.
You should now be able to add cash from the Mobile Money number you added.
When you try to add cash from your mobile money number to your Chipper wallet, you will get a transaction authentication prompt from your MoMo network provider. Please make sure you enter your Mobile Money PIN to complete the transaction and deposit funds into your Chipper wallet.
