We have put together a step-by-step guide on how a Chipper user with a USD balance can send USD to other Chipper users with the same primary currency e.g. NGN user sending USD to another NGN user.
The recipient will receive the funds in USD, and their USD wallet will be credited.

For a smoother experience, please ensure your Chipper Cash app is updated to the latest version on your App Store or Play Store. Then log into your Chipper account and follow the steps below:
Tap on the Send button at the bottom-right corner of the Home page
Tap on Chipper Tag and select the tag of the person you would like to send to.
- Ensure you input the correct Chipper Tag to avoid sending funds to the wrong recipient, as this process cannot be reversed.
Select USD from the drop-down in the currency section on the next screen.
4. Input the amount and the reason for payment.
5. You will see a breakdown of the charges on the next screen. Click on Confirm, then input your Chipper PIN.
🎉 The transaction should be completed instantly! The recipient will receive the funds in their Chipper USD wallet.
