I am still not getting the 6-digit login verification code. What should I do?

Please see the instructions on how to resolve the issue below:

If you are expecting the OTP via Email:

Please confirm that the email address used is correct and check your inbox/spam/junk/promotion folder for the code.


​If you are expecting the OTP via text message(Phone number):


Please use the USSD option as highlighted in these simple steps below

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your phone number and hit continue. This time you should see a “Tap to Verify using USSD” option.

  2. Tapping that should trigger the USSD dialing piece. Once you dial and return to the Chipper app, you should get logged in.

NB: The USSD code should be dialed with the same SIM used to sign up for the account. When doing this, please ensure that the SIM is in the same mobile device on the Chipper app is installed.
